Session I: July 7 – July 18

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Fees

• There is a registration fee of $15 for each family.
• Class fees are $95, except for:
  • Classes requiring special materials will have an additional fee of  $20.
• Kindergarten and First Grade sequence classes are $195.

Registration

• Grade levels refer to the grade child will enter in Fall 2008.
• Applications are processed in the order in which they are received.
• All fees must accompany each completed application in order to be processed.
• CCW will contact parent if first or second choices are not available.
• Waiting lists will be maintained by request only for full classes.
• Confirmation of class assignments will be mailed by June 6.
• For Kindergarten and First Grade, teachers will place the students in a rotation of classes for their sequence.  No requests or changes will be permitted once class is set.
• Parents may register for available classes during the CCW program (July 7-August 1) on a space available basis at Ashley Falls Elementary School.  The CCW office will be open from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm.

Refund Policy

CCW is self-sustaining.  No refunds unless the class is cancelled.

Class Changes

• Each class change will be assessed a $10 processing fee.  No exceptions.  Please plan carefully.
• No class changes will be made after the third day of class.

Provisions and Conditions of Enrollment

1. Students must arrive on time and must be picked up promptly from class.  CCW class hours are 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon.  CCW is not responsible for children on the premises before or after these hours.
2. Classes are designed for students who are interested in attending and in conducting themselves in an appropriate manner.  Inappropriate behavior will be discussed with the parent and may result in dismissal from class without a refund.
3. Only registered students may attend workshops.  No visitors are permitted.

Attire

Play clothes are appropriate.  Many classes are messy!

Limited financial aid is available.  Contact CCW office for an application.
